Folsom Prison, another gay bar located in San Francisco was named after the Folsom State Prison, approximately 20 miles NE of Sacramento. In 1977, the bar closed, and original artifacts from the bar are now extremely sought after. Our item features the original promotional print/logo for posters featuring a naked man with a ball and chain. Vintage items for the Folsom Prison Bar are incredibly rare, with early posters costing well into the thousands.
