POSITION: Social Media Manager
PERPORTS TO: Website Director

THIS POSITION IS DESIGNED FOR SOMEONE WHO IS WELL VERSED IN SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY AND DRIVING FOCUS TO OUR BRAND ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS.
• Design and implement social media strategy and calendar
• Create and post content across all social media platforms (instagram, twitter, facebook, pinterest, snapchat, tumblr, etc.)
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, queries, etc. in a timely manner across all media channels
• Develop brand awareness through content management and creation
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (such as promotions and collaborations)
• Be up to date with new technology and social media trends Product Promotion and Coordination
• Review reports to identify incoming new merchandise
• Work with the buyers to determine what product should be photographed and put on the website (based on web and store sales, available quantities, etc.)
• Pull and organize merchandise to be photographed for the website
• Ensure merchandise is in ready-to-wear condition (steamed, de-sensored, etc.)
• Assist during photoshoots (behind the scenes photos and videos for social media)
• Former experience managing a company's social media
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and follow through
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about our brands
