Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in its original packaging and condition. The following items may not be returned or exchanged: sale items, jewelry, handbags, grooming / beauty products, hats, socks, undergarments, books or any items marked as non-returnable in the product description. Items that have been altered can not be returned.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact customerservice@ronherman.com. After the request has been submitted and your return request has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed return instructions and information regarding your return.
PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL/ANY MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK TO RON HERMAN; therefore, we recommend that all customers returning items or sending any merchandise back to Ron Herman receive a tracking number from the customer preferred shipping carrier for the returned merchandise AND insure all returned merchandise at it's listed retail price on the Ron Herman website.
