We ship all orders from our Los Angeles HQ.
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Afterpay.
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in its original packaging and condition. The following items may not be returned or exchanged: sale items, jewelry, handbags, grooming / beauty products, hats, socks, undergarments, books or any items marked as non-returnable in the product description. Items that have been altered can not be returned.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. After the request has been submitted and your return request has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed return instructions and information regarding your return.
PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL/ANY MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK TO RON HERMAN; therefore, we recommend that all customers returning items or sending any merchandise back to Ron Herman receive a tracking number from the customer preferred shipping carrier for the returned merchandise AND insure all returned merchandise at it's listed retail price on the Ron Herman website.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
