SALES STYLIST


Our Sales Stylists are responsible for creating an exceptional experience in the store, generate sales and cultivate customer loyalty. As part of the Ron Herman team you will join the front line of faces that represent our brand, build relationships, and drive performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Deliver amazing service and build sales by styling and wardrobing each client based on their needs.
  • Drive Sales, achieve individual goals and contribute to meeting division goals.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and exude passion for our designers and collections.
  • Assist in processing and replenishing and keeping the store looking great.
  • Replenish store supplies as needed (such as shopping bags, receipt paper, etc)
  • Assist with floor moves and merchandise placement as instructed by the division manger.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the department and ensure safety of our customers and employees.
  • Actively wash customers and merchandise to minimize LP
  • Share feedback, ideas, and insights with the management team.
