Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Ron Herman. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the $10 flat rate restocking fee.

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in its original packaging and condition. The following items may not be returned or exchanged: sale items, jewelry, handbags, grooming / beauty products, hats, socks, undergarments, books, or any items marked as non-returnable in the product description. 

We are currently between return services. In the mean time, each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain an RMA please contact customerservice@ronherman.com. After the request has been submitted and your return request has been approved, you will receive and email confirmation with detailed return instructions and information regarding your return.

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL/ANY MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK TO RON HERMAN; therefore, we recommend that all customers returning items or sending any merchandise back to Ron Herman receive a tracking number from the customer preferred shipping carrier for the returned merchandise AND insure all returned merchandise at it's listed retail price on the Ron Herman website.

CREDIT

You can expect a refund within 5-7 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return.You can expect a refund within 20 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
