Founded as a luxury leather goods house in 1913 in Milan, Prada entered the field of fashion when Miuccia Prada took the helm of the family company in 1979. After initially focusing exclusively on accessories, she presented the house's first fashion collection in 1988. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Ron Herman. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping or handling.

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in its original packaging and condition. The following items may not be returned or exchanged: sale items, jewelry, handbags, grooming / beauty products, hats, socks, undergarments, books, or any items marked as non-returnable in the product description. 

Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain an RMA please visit our RETURNS TOOL enter your order number and email above and follow the instructions to complete a return request. After the request has been submitted and your return request has been approved, you will receive and email confirmation with detailed return instructions and information regarding your return.

 PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL/ANY MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK TO RON HERMAN; therefore, we recommend that all customers returning items or sending any merchandise back to Ron Herman receive a tracking number from the customer preferred shipping carrier for the returned merchandise AND insure all returned merchandise at it's listed retail price on the Ron Herman website.

CREDIT

You can expect a refund within 5-7 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.

Here are the basic steps:

    1. Please refer to your packing slip for return information
    2. Visit our RETURNS TOOL to request a Return Merchandise Authorization # RMA.
    3. Enter your Order Number and Email Address in the fields provided
    4. Click the "Request Return" and follow the prompted instructions
    5. When you have finished you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that we have received your request
    6. Once your request is approved you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return.You can expect a refund within 20 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
