The Backstreet Bar in London is the city's longest running leather bar that still remains. The Bar opened in 1985 and has seen attempts to redevelop it by the city, only to be protected for its history and respect for gay culture. The graphics on this item and other Backstreet artifacts feature Tom of Finland-esque illustrations. Vintage items from the Backstreet are rare, and kept mainly for archival purposes.
