After you are finished shopping, click either the “Shopping Bag” or “Checkout” buttons located throughout the site. Please be assured that your personal information will be secure –we use industry standard SSL encryption and are tested daily to insure we meet all security protocols by Hacker Safe.
We try to keep our site as up to date as possible. However, if an item that you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.

 Order Processing
We process our online orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 pm PST will be processed the next business day. Please be advised that once an order is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online. Please note that your item(s) may be located in any one of our five store locations. It may take up to 3 days for us to receive the order and have it ready to be shipped to you.

 Payment Methods
We currently accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

 Sales Tax
We charge a sales tax of 8.25% to all orders shipped to a California address. We do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all other locations.

 Telephone Orders
We are happy to place your order for you over the phone. Please call 1-323-852-5000 during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm PST. Please do not leave a message with your order as we will not be able to process it without a verbal confirmation.

 Gift Wrap
Gift wrap is available for all online purchases. Gift wrap is an additional $5 per item and can be added during checkout. You can also include a personal message that will be included with the gift.

 Sales & Discounts
There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. We cannot apply price adjustments to previously purchased merchandise and we cannot apply coupon codes or discounts after the order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.

 Pre-Order Items
Your credit card will be charged at the time of order placement. If placing an order with additional items, please note that all items will be shipped out at the pre-order item arrival date. If you would prefer your additional items be shipped sooner, PLEASE place them in a separate order. Note: All ship dates and prices on pre-order items are subject to change upon vendors' request.

 Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep accurate stock of everything listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of items. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Adjustments will be made to your order immediately.

 Modifying an Order
PLEASE note that once an order has been placed we cannot add items to it. If you'd like to purchase additional items, you must place an additional order.
