Due to overwhelming demand, we now ship internationally! All international orders must be shipped to the billing address, no exceptions. Orders may be delayed or cancelled for the address verification process. We are not responsible for any taxes or duty fees imposed by your local customs office. United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail

Once the package leaves our store, you should receive it between 3-5 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country. Many countries will charge taxes or duty costs in order to release your package to you. For more details, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any additional tax or duty costs imposed by your country. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via email as soon as it ships and your package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after USPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor Ron Herman will be able to retrieve the package. Also, the process for filing an insurance claim for lost or damaged packages is lengthy with USPS. We will not issue any refunds for lost or damaged packages until the insurance claim has been completed, resolved, and closed by USPS.

Canada: $25 for the first item and $5 each additional item
All other approved countries: $35 for the first item and $5 each additional item

United Parcel Service (UPS) Worldwide Expedited

Once the package leaves our store, you should receive it between 2-5 business days. UPS has in-house customs clearing so you will not be responsible for extra duty costs or taxes. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via email as soon as it ships and your package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after UPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor Ron Herman will be able to retrieve the package.
